A note from Nik - White Belt Producer

I'm so excited to be hosting this event in my home-town of Raglan.  We already have trainees signed up from all over New Zealand - Whangarei, Hamilton, Waiheke and every where between.  We have support from past trainees coming over from Australia, Noumea and from across New Zealand.  This training is going to be an exciting event and I hope you can join us!

Q&A Session with White Belt Producer, Nik and NZ Nia Teachers

"I don't think I changed in how I move and what I could do, but it allowed me to dance the way I would want to dance and made to dance. I just didn't allow myself the freedom to just completely let go and let whatever comes out come out... [The White Belt] unlocked something that was already there"

Take a listen to the recording of our March 2016 Q&A session with Nik - the producer of the White Belt Raglan, Nia teachers from around New Zealand and interested and registered trainees!

Learn about Natural Timing and how everything unfolds, listen to perspectives and experiences about how we really can have it (do it all) and some beautiful examples of how the White Belt has been life-changing to all of us as teachers and graduates (seriously!).

"As it happens you step out of White Belt and you go along your life and you aren’t really aware of all that you've learnt until you are faced with the lesson in life. And you realise that you have changed because you handled it in a completely different way. "
