Nik and Evan invite you to a weekend of experiential learning using Nia dance, Chi Gong, talking circles and sacred spaces as well as an opportunity for one-on-one counsel.

Introducing Evan:

Evan brings a wealth of experience in council circles and healing techniques for body, mind and spirit. As the former chef of Will Smith, Evan will grace us with not only his spiritual guidance, but with his creative flair for creating nourishing food.

What happens to one of us, happens to all of us
— Ev

Introducing Nik:

Nik is a movement master. She discovered Nia five years ago and uses this modality to reconnect with her inner child, create joy in her life and align her mind, body and spirit. She has dedicated her life to sharing Nia with the intention of bringing these gifts to others. She has extensive experience in guiding people to their own personal discoveries through movement and one-on-one empowerment.

I believe that the key to growth is movement. Movement in the body, movement in the mind and movement in the spirit. When we move we expand and when we expand we discover. We discover new ways to move, new ways to perceive and new ways to experience the world. If we continue on this path, our potential to be the best that we can be becomes limitless...
— Nik

This weekend includes accommodation for three nights, six nourishing meals to fuel the body, mind and soul and 12(+) hours of experiential learning in-class and beyond.

The investment for this transformative retreat is $400.
